Environment Responsible Care
- Apart from complying with local (MPCB –Maharashtra Pollution Control Board & CPCB –Central Pollution Control Board) and global statutory regulatory requirements for production and storage of chemicals and colourants, we believe that Prevention is Better than Cure. You can plant trees every day, but it’s important to save and make a tree. Our activities are directed towards saving this environment and creating an awareness to do so. With the cooperation from the various education institutions in the area to spread our philosophy to the young generation, we believe that educating a child about importance of trees and garbage reduction is what we call as ‘Make a Tree’
- The thrust is always on reduction of use and enhancing the reuse of resources and to compliment waste reduction without compromising on quality of deliverables. Our MIE (Minimum Impact On Environment) is well executed in all the areas of operations.
- The Management and the team of experts think that this is a continuous process. The cross functional team members are equally concerned and actively involved development of better conditions
Health Care
- Health is wealth as they say. One of our primary objectives is to ensure that every member of our organisation is mentally and physically fit to take up the responsibility and challenges of this competitive world.
- We ensure quarterly medical check ups and on the job free medication facilities to every single member of the organisation to ensure their Good Health.
- Our Human Resources Management (HRM) team continuously works in close coordination with EHS Team , local doctors and medical experts to nurture and develop systems for better Health of the members.
Safety, Security and Social Responsible Care.
- Safety first- All members are trained as per their department, to handle and manage any situations which may arise during the routine operations.
- Safer is better – The EHS Team ensures that Material Safety Data sheets, TREM cards and Safety instructions are made available to the users of the intermediates and chemicals.
- Apart from focusing on the safety of our own, we have also been keen upon ensuring the safety of the others and our surroundings. Thus we have been effectively practising the program named ‘Know Your Neighbours’
- Child Labour has been a global cause of concern and we ensure that there is no child working in our organisation. Instead, we are working with Social workers, NGOs, schools and colleges to ensure that the child gets the required facilities due to which the child is not deprived of his childhood and necessities for the better future.
